Why can't I add additional data to my dashboard?

When you want to add more data to your dashboard, it is not always possible. This can have two causes:

• Country and aggregation level don't match
• Data is not available in your current plan

Country and aggregation level don't match.

In order to link a dataset to a dashboard, it needs to match the areas on the map. For example, if you want to use income insights from Canada in your dashboard, you must ensure that you are using the correct areas in your dashboard. Income Insights from Canada is aggregated at the dissemination level, so in this case, you need to create a new dashboard with areas at the dissemination level.

Data is not available in your current plan.

It's also possible that the dataset is not (yet) available in your current plan.
