Help - Uploading a csv with coordinates table and map is empty

Help Center Knowledge Base When uploading a CSV with coordinates, table and map is empty

When uploading a CSV with coordinates, the table and map is empty. How can I fix this?

1 MIN BEGINNER CSV IMPORT ERROR, UTF-8 ENCODING, CSV WITH COORDINATES

Our database requires the file to be encoded in UTF-8. You can easily convert the encoding to UTF-8 by opening the CSV in Notepad++. There you just have to select UTF-8 under encoding in the menu.

When you have created an Excel/CSV that you want to add to your Mapbuilder account. It sometimes works to save the excel file as CSV (MS-DOS).
